I CAN DO ANYTHING

I held my son in my arms as he took his last breath.

Tonight on my run I realized that whenever I start to get down on myself and feel negative or discouraged all I have to remember is that.

I am a survivor.

I can do anything.

  1. I lost my daughter in April of 2013. I said those exact words one to three months after I lost her. Trying to convince myself that I was so strong. It's nine months past now and I'm empty and lost. I'm not convinced I'm so strong anymore or that I can do Anything. I find myself wanting to put away the grief and forget even though that will never happen.
